News spread all over Uravakonda that Sathya would soon be leaving for Puttaparthi. Hearing this, Sri Thammiraju and his wife served Him lunch and did Pada Puja to Baba and to His parents. Sathya comforted Thammiraju's wife and showed her successively all the Dashavatars (ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu) on His chest. He asked them to bring the Shirdi Sai Baba idol. They offered fruits and coconut. A photograph was taken. With devotional songs and music, everybody bade Him farewell.
