Smt. Easwaramma pleaded with Baba not to leave Puttaparthi for any reason. Baba agreed and said, "I have chosen Puttaparthi as My Kshetra (place of work). The boon is granted not to you, but to the village ... the world itself." He further promised not to wear the ascetic's ochre garb for some time.
