Baba frequently visited the family of Sri Desraj Urs, heir apparent to the throne of Mysore, at Karanji Mansions in Mysore and at Melville House in Bangalore. The daughter of the Urs family, Smt. Gitadevi and her sons Major Desraj Urs and Sri Prithviraj Urs became devotees of Baba.
